Branches

  3. Fill in:
    • Branch Name.

Multi-Branch Management

Terminals

Terminals are the devices (tablets, POS units) registered to operate at each branch.

Registering a Terminal

  1. Go to Terminals in the side menu (requires Admin role).
  2. Press “New Terminal”.
  3. Assign:
    • An identifier code (e.g., T001).

  4. The terminal is automatically linked to the device when a user logs in.

Invoice Consecutives

Each terminal maintains its own invoice consecutive number for the DGI:

  • The number increments automatically with each sale.
  • In offline mode, the local consecutive syncs when connectivity is restored.
  • The number follows a 10-digit format (e.g., 0000000001).

Terminal Status

In the terminal list you can see:

  • Linked Device.
  • Last used consecutive number.
  • Status (active/inactive).
