Quotes

The Quotes module lets you generate formal estimates for your customers, track their status, and convert them into sales once accepted.

Creating a Quote

From the Web Portal

  1. Go to Quotes in the side menu.
  2. Press “New Quote”.
  3. Add products or services to the estimate.
  4. Assign a customer (optional but recommended).
  5. Review the total and press “Save”.

From the Sales Screen

  1. Build your cart with the desired products.
  2. Instead of pressing “Pay”, select “Create Quote”.
  3. The quote is saved as a draft.

Quote Statuses

StatusDescription

ConvertedConverted into a sale/order
ExpiredExpired without a customer response
CancelledManually cancelled

Sending to the Customer

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Press “Send by Email”.
  3. The system generates a professional PDF with:
    • Your business logo and details.
    • Itemized products/services.
    • Prices, taxes, and total.
    • Validity date.
  4. The email is sent to the customer’s registered address.

Converting to a Sale

When the customer accepts the quote:

  1. Open the accepted quote.
  2. Press “Convert to Sale”.
  3. The system creates an order with the same products and prices.
  4. Proceed to collect payment as usual.

Quotes on the Mobile App

The POS app also supports quotes (Retail mode):

  • Create quotes directly from the cart.
  • Generate and share PDFs on the spot.
  • Print quotes on the thermal printer.

Management

From the quote list you can:

  • Filter by status (draft, sent, accepted, etc.).
  • Search by quote number or customer name.
  • Resend quotes to the customer.
  • View the full history of status changes.
