NAOS turns your daily transactions into valuable insights. From the admin portal, you have access to a complete suite of reports designed for business owners and accountants.

Main Dashboard (Live Sales)

When you open the portal, you’ll see a summary of the current day:

  • Total Sales: Accumulated gross revenue.
  • Taxes (ITBMS): Total collected for the DGI.
  • Average Ticket: How much each customer spends on average per visit.
  • Order Volume: Number of transactions completed.

Product & Category Reports

Optimize your inventory and menu by knowing what sells best:

Top 10 Products

A list of items generating the most revenue or selling in the highest volume.

  • Tip: Use this data to create combos featuring your lower-selling products.

Performance by Category

A pie chart showing which departments (e.g., Kitchen, Bar, Women’s Clothing) are the most profitable for your business.


Payment Method Breakdown

Essential for bank reconciliation at the end of the month:

  • Cash: The money that should physically be in the register.
  • Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Clave): Amounts you’ll see reflected in your bank deposits.
  • Yappy / ACH: Payments received via direct transfer.

Audit & Control (Cancellations)

Security is paramount. NAOS logs every critical action:

  • Cancellation Report: Details which orders were voided, who was responsible, and what the reason was (e.g., “Data entry error”, “Customer changed their mind”).
  • Credit Notes: A list of fiscal documents that void previous invoices, with links to the corresponding DGI CUFE.

Tips Report (Restaurant Only)

Simplify daily payouts for your team:
