NAOS AI - Intelligent Analytics
NAOS AI is the artificial intelligence assistant built into the web portal. It analyzes your business data and provides actionable insights in natural language.
Where to Find NAOS AI
NAOS AI is available in several sections of the web portal:
| Section | What It Analyzes |
|---|---|
| Reports | Sales trends, purchasing patterns |
| Inventory | Stock levels, purchasing recommendations |
| Cash Closures | Discrepancies, cash patterns |
| Dashboard | Executive business summary |
How to Use
- Go to any section that has the NAOS AI button.
- Press the button to open the analysis panel.
- NAOS AI will process the current data (with any filters you have applied).
- You will receive a natural language analysis with:
- Summary of the current situation.
- Identified trends.
- Concrete recommendations.
- Alerts about anomalies.
Sales Analysis
In the Reports section, NAOS AI can:
- Identify your star products and those that need attention.
- Detect sales trends (growth, seasonality).
- Analyze the average ticket and suggest cross-selling strategies.
- Compare performance between periods.
- Identify peak hours and demand patterns.
Analysis Example
“Your lunch sales (11AM-2PM) represent 45% of the daily total. However, Wednesday sales have dropped 15% compared to last month. Consider a midweek promotion to boost that day.”
Inventory Analysis
In the Inventory section, NAOS AI offers:
- Purchasing recommendations based on turnover rate.
- Low stock alerts.
- Identification of slow-moving products (stagnant capital).
- Suggestions for optimal reorder quantities.
Example
“National Beer has only 2 days of stock remaining based on your current sales velocity (24 units/day). I recommend ordering at least 168 units to cover the next week.”
Closure Analysis
When reviewing cash closures, NAOS AI detects:
- Recurring discrepancies between expected and counted cash.
- Patterns by shift, day of the week, or cashier.
- Anomalies in payment methods.
Filters and Context
NAOS AI respects the filters you apply:
- If you filter by date, it analyzes only that period.
- If you filter by branch, it compares with other branches.
- If you filter by category, it focuses on those products.
This allows you to ask specific questions like: “How are beverage sales doing this month?” simply by filtering by the “Beverages” category and activating the analysis.
Privacy
- NAOS AI analyzes only your business data.
- Data is not shared with other tenants.
- The analysis is processed securely.
